Hello!

I’m Karrie Schwan, Certified Professional Dog Trainer since 2014. If you’re like most of my clients, you absolutely adore your furry family members. But maybe there’s some things you don’t enjoy and some behaviors that might be driving you crazy. You’re willing to do what you need to, it just isn’t very clear what will help?

I’ve been there too…

I’ve been in your shoes and I know how frustrating it can be. I was so excited to get my first puppy as an adult out on my own. We were going to go for walks, trips to the park and play and cuddle. My puppy quickly became more than I knew what to do with though. Dragging me down the street, wouldn’t bring any toys back and getting him to come with I called him… yikes! He wasn’t a bad dog, I just didn’t know how to bring out the best in him.

Training our dogs should be joyful

Since I was a kid, I’ve been insanely passionate about animals and previously worked as a veterinary technician. I was determined to find the best way to train my dog. Fast forward and I’m a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. I’ve had the privilege of learning from the very best trainers in the world. I like to have fun when I work with my dog and fortunately I’ve found that playing strategic games is the best way to teach my dogs all the great habits I’m looking for. I believe owning and training our dogs should be a joyful experience.
